Vivaldi search in Google when I put hostname
-
Good morning,
I have zasmad00 server hostname set up in my DNS internal server. That's open 80 port with Apache Web Server. Once time to access I write http in the start because If I do not put it, that's looking into Google Web Search.
That's ok, the issue comes when I clic on browser navigator and push Enter, It does not go to server, that's goes to Google Web Search Engine. With Google Chrome does not happend. Somebody knows how to set disable it?

@Gwen-Dragon said in Vivaldi search in Google when I put hostname:
zasmad00 is not a fully qualified domain name.
That may be the cause why Vivaldi tries to search.@sincorchetes
You could try adding http://zasmad00 as a bookmark, this way vivaldi will auto-load the http version instead of searching when you type that. -
Hi all,
That's I mean:
Vivaldi:
Chrome
Do I have anyway to solve this?
Cheers.

Works parcially with new snapshot.
For example, if I write wiki/ now, that's work. However, If I put another hostname with / It searches into web.
eg: service/ -> That's goes to Google.
In Chrome, Firefox and IE7+, does not work same, It does go to this hostname.

I cannot rename DNS... I dont have this perms. So maybe I just leave of Vivaldi to use Chrome, Firefox, IExplorer+ that's can works with this issue happens on Vivaldi... -
