QTTabBar extends the Windows Explorer with tabs, bookmarks and more.

In each tab you can open folders, Windows settings and more and switch between tabs.

You can set bookmarks for folders that you call often. But also links from Windows apps can be pinged in the bookmarks bar.

You can also place the toolbar at the bottom.
