I can't watch any Twitch livestreams after recent Windows compilation update. 26/10/2019

After the recent Windows 10 update I can't watch any Twitch videos on Vivaldi. It gives me "This video can't be played/isn't supported on that browser" or "Can't download the video" errors. I have no idea what happened... what can I do about that other than reinstalling Vivaldi entirely? I would prefer to avoid reinstalling since I have a lots of stuff saved up, so I wouldn't want to do add back all of that from scratch.
Surely that update messed something up with the browser, but I can't tell what exactly.
http://prntscr.com/pot577 - in english : "Video download cancelled. Try again"
http://prntscr.com/pot5os - in english: "This video is unavailable or is not supported in this browser"Java is up to date, the Vivaldi version is the most recent. I don't know, what else could I check to get this fixed.

Did you forget to mention that you are using the Windows 10 N/KN edition? If so you probably have to re-download the media feature packs.

@Spietres Welcome to Vivaldi!
What version of Windows are you on now? Are you on the insider program?
What is your version of Vivaldi? Check Help > About.First try in a clean Guest profile by going to Settings > Address Bar > Manage Profiles, click on Browse as Guest and try the URL again.
Try to disable all extensions and try again.
Can you play back any of the following test videos?

https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.aspDo you have hardware acceleration enabled in the settings under Webpages?

@Spietres All the videos plays fine thus it must be a lack of Codec (H.264). See if it helps
I actually am using Pro N edition. So this edition causes Media Feature Pack to be deleted every update? I did not know that.
-
@Spietres Yes, the packages were removed.
Could please tell us if your issue was solved? -
@Spietres More specifically seems that there is a new media feature pack specific for each win10 update and you can't use a media pack from previous Win10 versions. It's a messed up situation and I can't understand why it's that way. One of the MANY things that keep me away from "upgrading" to Win10.

I downloaded the Media Feature Pack from there (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack) and it didn't worked. Maybe I have to restart the system. If that's the case I will prolly restart later tonight. Then I will give my feedback if something changed.

@Spietres Thanks for your feedback:)

Okay, so correction. I downloaded Media Feature Pack from the site I linked (previously it was actually different one), and the edition was called 1903 May 2019. I restarted my PC and the Twitch livestreams now work.
Thank you guys for help. I don't know how long it would took me alone to figure it out that it was Media Feature Pack. Prolly it would took me days to find that.
Cheers!
