Developer tools problems

Hi, I'm new to Vivaldi and I found this browser very cool on my Mac.
Now, I'm a web developer and I found some problems with Developer Tools:
1- sometimes when I click with right button mouse and select "Inspect" the developer tools doesn't open.
2- Once I opened the Developer Tools, and I refresh the webpage, the Developer tools closed itself.

Are there options that i must activate or they are bugs you're going to fix ?

How can you release a version where such necessary things like "Developer Tools" don't work? Especially as a web developer I often need to reload my browser and have a look at the console or network tabs. Anyhow in my case the "Inspect" works well and opens dev tools.

@pbrandstetter as much as I understand and share your frustration about that, remember that most browser users don't even know about the existance of the dev tools, and probably never have the need of them. I guess it's not deemed as mission critical.

+1 vote on finally fix this. Very annoying bug. As well as not working debugger.
Internet explorer was the worst browser because it was terrible for developers.
Firefox invests lots of time in developer tools.
And Vivaldi team keep ignoring devtools problems
