@komir Do you have an example of such a page?
Do these test sites work?

That might explain why a number of sites that I have visited recently have not displayed correctly. I go to the same site in Chrome and everything works fine.
The number of instances of this happening has increased quite rapidly recently, so I'm getting to the point where I click that button in Chrome that says "Make Chrome the default".I can't give any examples of sites where it fails as I don't keep track of them. I just open Chrome, get on with what I want to do and forget about it.

@PhilRogers Did you even try the test sites I posted?
Obviously if Iframes didn't work at all in Vivaldi then a lot of people would post about it, but they don't. So the problem is on your setup, maybe with settings, profile or extensions bugging the sites. Blocking 3rd party cookies is also a common cause for Iframes to not work.
If you would give examples of such sites or report on if the test sites work, it might help others to help you.
Couple more test sites:

https://embedresponsively.com/ (all the embeds should work, apart from "Generic iFrame", which is non-secure. Change iframe src to https and and it will work) -
