Youtube videos constantly freezing repeatedly, then continuing

I used to love Vivaldi for these past 2 months, but it seems the bugs are outrunning the usefulness. My two biggest gripes are that shortcuts from the address bar to the desktop are not saved correctly requiring the user to go to shortcut properties and set the General Properties to "Unblock" before it opens without errors. And now just for the past couple days, all Youtube Videos are constantly freezing repeatedly and then continuing. I turned off Hardware acceleration and that did not help. For a mature browser these types of issues just should not be happening. And when they do.......they should be fixed immediately. I've lost my faith in Vivaldi and now I'm going back Firefox that doesn't have all these issues. Thanks for the memories, Vivaldi Team!
