DRM errors when browsing Amazon Prime Video

I'm running Vivaldi 2.7.1628.30 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

Widevine component version is 4.10.1440.18.

When I browse to Amazon Prime Video series Goliath at the url below I get a DRM error shown in screenshot. If I load this page in Chrome browser there are no issues.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, version 1903, build number 18362.1001.14.

I have a Nvidia 1070 GTX and driver version 426.15

I see there's a host of similar issues surrounding Vivaldi and Amazon Prime playback but no clear resolution as to what is even happening. Netlix and YouTube play okay so is this a Vivaldi issue, Amazon Prime issue or are both to blame?
