video streaming services breaking with error message

"The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support."

that error message appears on many streaming services after trying to jump to a specific time location with mouse click. is anyone else getting it? i don't what is breaking the process, it just seems related to the browser itself, possible? i would like some help, thanks.
tried disabling some extensions but no chance by now, they seem unrelated to this problem.

i think i've got this problem more or less with every version of vivaldi and many different video streaming services, for example:

but still casually sometimes it will work fluently, sometimes it won't

i'd need more insight on this problem.

@urfausto The link show a lot of popup windows to spam ads.

Do stay away from such sites, which often host malware. I won't be testing it.

@Pesala oh ok, probably then that's internal problems in those sites. they are built that way and break when they can't overcome browsing protections.

@urfausto The video plays fine on Vivaldi. It slowly loads with frequent interruptions due to the Network. It's a long video, over 3 hours.

i've even tried on a new standalone version of vivaldi and you get the same error. so i guess vivaldi can't handle this type of streaming..
