Can not move the Windows screen
-
About Vivaldi 1.0.219.50 I want to post 3 technical problems. Problem 1: After resizing the Vivaldi browser-screen to a smaller Window, it was not possible to drag the Vivaldi-browser screen to another monitor or to another part of the screen, when pushing in and holding the left mousebutton on the top-part of the Windows and trying to move the Windows to another part of the screen. Hopefully this problem can be solved. I've got a PC with 3 monitors, I could not move the Vivaldi-browser-screen to another monitor. Hmm. Trying: somtimes is works!! Sometimes is not possible anymore a few seconds later ... Problem 2: The Ctrl + and Ctrl - keyboard-combination doen't work in Vivaldi at this moment, to make the tekst/Photo's greater or Smaller. This works fine in other browsers. Problem 3: Enabled the Browser Toolbar. Could not easily add or Edit a website on the browser toolbar by clicking on the right mousebutton on the toolbar. In e.g. Firefox or Chrome this is very Easy. First impression so far: Very nice browser, userfriendly with many user-options, much more than Edge.

- Update to the Latest Build — dragging the window has been available for a while
- Try without Ctrl — Edit Keyboard shortcuts in Tools, Settings
- The Bookmarks Toolbar can use any folder in your bookmarks. To add a bookmark to your Bookmarks Bar, click on the dropdown in the URL field, and save the bookmark in your bookmarks bar folder

Thank for your reply, it was very helpful.
As adviced, Downloaded version Vivaldi 1.0.233.3x64 on my Windows pro 7-64 PC
Result:1. The Moving of the Windows Screen with Vivali works fine now, and fast, between the 3 monitors.
Putting the webiste on the Favorite bars works also fine now, just moving the icon on the left of the URL to the toolbar below and it's ready. Editing the url afterwards is not possible, using the right menu, when the URL is on the toolbar.
However, it could be an option to put it also manually on the toolbar by clicking on the right mouse, while on the toolbar.
In I.E. 11 it's just clicking on the star on the left side, and the URL is on the toolbar. Your option works fine, but I was trying to
use the way, like it's being done, cq how I did it in other browsers.Because the Ctrl + and Ctrl - are also working in the other browsers, It could be a suggestion to make these same
keyboard-combinations default available in Vivaldi, because this is what people are used to use. it works in all other browsers, why not in Vivaldi?`Using the 0,9 of + or - does not seems to work?To my opinion: what works in all other browsers the same, should also be implemented in Vivaldi, because that's how
people are used to do it. It could be a great benefit for Vivaldi as being a very user-friendly browser.
What people are used to do often in other browsers should also work the same in Vivaldi. Vivaldi looks/feels like a much more advanced browser than Edge. One of my big websites is completely in https, this also works fine in Vivaldi.
Some of the menu-options such as: Help Over don't work, but this may be the couse because it's an experimental verion, i guess. Next time I better download the latest English version, for more experimenting.

Using the 0,9 of + or - does not seems to work?
Enable "Single key shortcuts" under Keyboard settings.
