Add otpion for user data encryption (especially notes / bookmarks) instead of keeping them as plain text

Context:
Vivaldi stores notes / bookmarks in JSON format as plain text.
When I work on my own computers it's really ok.
But when I use company workstation all of the personal data is really easy to extract.
Also some companies use backup software so in the end every administrator could have full access to my private notes...It would be nice if Vivaldi could provide optional data encryption.
This feature could be also combined with master password feature
