Is there any way to disable tab shrinkage when pinned?

@Kein In horizontal tab bars, minimizing the tab to the far left end of the bar and reducing it in width is integral to pinning. Pinning implies the tab should never be closed, will always be there, and therefore the amount of space it takes up is automatically reduced to allow room for other tabs that you will be routinely opening and closing in the rest of the tab bar.

In vertical tab bars, pinned tabs are not reduced in size.

@Ayespy I understand but it is irrelevant to me. I want to see tab titles, at least partially, in these pinned tabs.
