Amazon Prime Video Error 7128
-
After following the other notes, .. installed CODECS and all of the Bunny videos play fine.
Prime Video seems to start fine, then throws a "Protected Content Error" 7128, requesting that "Settings > Site settings > Protected content. Under Blocked, tap Amazon.com > Clear and Reset" switch be changed.
Unfortunately, I can FIND no such content switch in the Vivaldi configuration??

@drgadget Forgot to mention - the same error occurs on both Raspbian 9, and OpenSuSE 15.

Thanks for the quick reply!
demo.castlabs.com DOES play successfully.
Raspbian 9: This script does not support ARM.

It seems like Amazon Prime is looking for the specific permission setting in the Chrome Settings, .. yet the chrome settings have been removed from this version of Vivaldi?
Is there any way to provide that setting so Amazon Prime will see the setting/permission it requires?

@drgadget Automatic Widevine was added for Vivaldi Stable 2.2 and onwards (see https://vivaldi.com/blog/vivaldi-update-focus-on-details/)
From your bug report, you stated that you have Vivaldi version: 2.1 (OpenSuSE) & 2.3 (Raspbian). So for openSUSE you would need to upgrade to a newer build to get automatic Widevine support (required by Prime).
For ARM-based systems you might get it working but the performance will be absolutely terrible (there is no hardware acceleration). First though, you will need to get Widevine manually because Vivaldi cannot get it automatically for ARM, since Google does not offer a download. More information can be found here:

This script should handle the Widevine part
