Compatibility Bug with FxSound Enhancer

I use a program called FxSound Enhancer and with Chrome it picks it up and works fine with it. However, with Vivaldi it works only if I open and close the software on a youtube or video tab and only once. I am curious as to an answer to how to fix this?
