No like button in YouTube

I found this weird issue for a while after the latest update.
At first, I think it is an internet issue but this is not a case with other browsers (for example Firefox). As you can see from the screenshot attached comparing between Vivaldi and Firefox, there are a bunch of UI missing from their places.

Is there anyone with any idea about the cause of this issue?

Maybe something's corrupt in the cache? Try clearing it.
Or it could be an extension acting up.

Edit: It seems problems on YouTube is a recurring problem for several users, and has been reported as a bug: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/34699/youtube-element-bugs/16
