Last Update

  • Last update caused the browser to install in the administrator account, and I have yet to get it to open in my account. I try to open it, but it always opens in the admin account, not the account I am using. Tried installing for all users, with no change

  • Not sure I follow here. So you did a single user install and instead of install for you, it did install for another user by default?

Could you try to be clearer ? =)

  • I installed it, not sure if original was single or all, then did an update. Vivaldi would show a tab on the task bar, and show the screen that was open, but no window would appear on the desktop that you could interact with. Did get it to work, not sure what did it but re-installed from both the non-admin acct and the admin accnt for all users and it is now working

I didn't understand that well what happened.
Anyway if you launched it but the window didn't appear that could be a problem with your profile.
Sometimes it happens while on youtube.
    Go to your profile folder
    C:Users/(username)/AppData/Local/Vivaldi/UserData/Default
Then you could try to clear the stuff about your current session, or even use a new profile
