manually change text encoding for viewing a webpage

Is it possible to change the text encoding of a webpage that I see with Vivaldi?
this was possible with Mozilla, and a useful feature when sometimes a page was showing wrongly a text. It is of course rather seldom, but still it can happen...

@horia Chromium removed such option due low usage.
Only way is an extension now.
