Change ctrl/shift+click behavior
-
Is it possible to remap the original behavior:
CTRL + Click (a link): Opens link in a Background Tab
Shift + Click (a link): Opens link in a Foreground Tabto:
CTRL + Click (a link): Opens link in a Foreground Tab
Shift + Click (a link): Opens link in a Foreground TabThe original behavior is so annoying, I am so used to ctrl+click to open tabs in foreground. Every other browser i have used does it that way.

@striges I don't know which "every other browser you have used" does it the way you describe it, as Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, Chromium, old & new Opera and Vivaldi all are opening tabs in the background with Ctrl+Click, but I guess you could search for an extension?

Maybe it's not "every other browser", but Firefox has it by default and it's very useful.
but I guess you could search for an extension?
What extension do you suggest?
Thanks!

Hi, I have no idea, you have to search in https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions if something exists for that.
Happy hunting! -
