Minimize Tab Bar on the Side

I would like a button to minimize the tabs panel on the side similar to the web panel toolbar, that way the tabs panel wouldn't always take up space in the browser

@amirsamir To minimize or maximize the Tab Bar when it is placed on the side of the Window, double-click with the left to right double-arrow cursor (or drag it to resize the Tab Bar).
Does that satisfy your feature request?
