Reordering tabs in a tab stack

Re: Tab Tile Position Not Changed on Reordering Tabs
I can't reorder my tabs in a tab stack. On the previous few versions of Vivaldi, I used to be able to reorder tabs by dragging it's hovered thumbnail back into the stack it was already in. This would place it at the front of the stack.
Now, I can't even do that. It would be nice to have a re-order feature, preferably drag-and-drop, to be able to easily reorder tabs.

I've just reordered a tab stack by dragging the tab indicator on top the the tab stack out of the tab stack and dragging it back, and it works for me. I'm on snapshot 2.2.1360.4
EDIT: drag and drop inside the tab stack works in the window/tabs side panel, so it's indeed a missing feature inside the normal tabs. -
@theericbeaty I suspect that the previous behaviour was considered to be a bug, so now the tab reappears in the same position it was in before dragging it out.
By far the easiest method to reorder and organise tab stacks is by using the Window Panel, where drag and drop works perfectly.
The bug referred to in the linked thread is unrelated to this behaviour. It refers to the change in orientation of the tiles when rearrange tabs within a tiled group. That bug seems to be fixed now.
