Fix Pocket extension to work with Vivaldi?

Hi,

I've recently been trying Vivaldi 2 on my Mac and it's great, except for one problem. I use Pocket as my read later service and the extension from the Chrome store causes Vivaldi to crash as soon as it's clicked. I found a thread from a couple of years ago that suggested the issue was because the extension had hardcoded references to Chrome. Is there any way I can fix this? Pocket is too useful to me for me to give it up.

In trying to solve my POCKET problem, I found yours. Am wondering whether you solved it or not?

POCKET on Vivaldi used to work just fine. Since newer versions of Vivaldi, I've not been able to get it functioning.

I understand that Vivaldi mavens decided that extensions are bad and so they have blocked POCKET from functioning. I don't know whether that's still accurate. Do you?

You should consider adding webpages to Pocket directly from the address bar.
