add as shortcut

Hi guys. I'd like to have integration between browser tab and taskbar. I thought about all tabs, but this isn't for all people would be useful. Anyway i found the option in chrome (and i saw the 3yo
topic about this feature in vivaldi which was closed with words like this feature will be dropped in chromium, but it still there, but maybe i mistook a bit and that was about another feature).
SO i'd like to have easy option to create pretty links for any webpage with favicon which will be opened in separate vivaldi window. Is it possible, like it is in chrome now? Here the manual for chrome:
Open Chrome's main menu button, located in the upper right-hand corner of the browser and represented by three vertically-aligned dots.Go to More tools and then select either Add to desktop... or Create application shortcuts (the option you see depends on your operating system).
Type a name for the shortcut or leave it as the default name, which is the title of the web page you're on.
Choose the Open as window option if you want the window to exist without all the other buttons and the bookmarks bar you normally see in Chrome. Otherwise, uncheck that option so that the shortcut opens in a regular browser window.

the difference between link
vivaldi --app=google.com
and chrome desktop link is huge.- in chrome it happenes by couple clicks, nearly automatically
- favicon saves and taskbar show it, not browser icon
- it's possible to pin that link in taskbar and it works like it should. Usual link vivaldi --app=url will open another icon in taskbar instead of breath life in pinned icon. I hope i explain fine.
