Fullscreen YouTube Issue
-
Hi!
I have just started using Vivaldi and I am liking it so far but a huge deal breaker for me is, when I full screen youtube, i get a large grey bar across the bottom of the sceen ( full width). From a quick search I have seen this was an old issue but was apparently fixed in an update so I dont have a clue how to fix this.
This is a fresh install and I havent changed any settings.Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

@mevans5527 Which version of Vivaldi are you using on which version of Windows?
Can you share a link to the topic you found earlier?

I've fully reinstalled an older, refurbished computer and am getting this exact issue.
Chrome and Firefox are ok.
I know about the issue with the youtube "feature" where you can scroll down to the comments if you're in fullscreen.
And it is probably somehow related, because there is a vertical scrollbar on the right out of visible area which actually adds to the screen width and probably makes the horizontal bar appear.
However, this only happens in Vivaldi, as stated before. Is there any workaround?
Vivaldi version is 2.10.1745.27 on 64-bit Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.379.
This is how it looks like: -

All I can say say is that it does NOT happen on Linux (Mint 18.3).
Checked both stable (not logged in Youtube) and snaphot (logged in Youtube) vivaldi. -
@TbGbe
I know, it doesn't happen on my other computers too ( Win & Linux).
Just on this one. Maybe the not that standard resolution (1440 x 900) could be the cause? -
@tw9
Ok, solved.
It was one of the cookies warning remover extension. I installed first that come out of google search, don't know the exact name. After removing and installing I don't care about cookies extension the scrollbar is gone. -
Mark the extension as a culprit in your case!
