Developer Tools --> Unable to add filesystem: <permission denied>

Good evening,

I am coming here after a few hours of searching, and trying the aforementioned "Fixes" in the Windows forum regarding this issue. As the title says I am unable to add my local folders to my development tools in Vivaldi. As I am really begining to enjoy this browser and would like to make it my daily driver, this is my only hangup thus far.

Any help that anyone can provide would be much appreciated!

We were not told about the sys spec, OS, Vivaldi version. There is no procedure and you, Lilo, as a Pearl expert, know what I mean, don't you?
