Weatherunderground does not work correctly

https://www.wunderground.com/weather/us/tx/chandler/75758 will not load correctly. It works fine in Firefox 62.0.3?

@tribee After accepting cookies, but opting out of everything else, the page goes to a loading mode and never seems to complete.
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit build 17134.320 • Snapshot 2.1.1328.4 (64-bit)

Loads fine here only after I allow site to bypass ublocko, and reload page.
edit: @tribee , now, some time later, it loads fine regardless of ublocko on. Tested with clean cache, same on ff with ublocko on.
