Full Screen Youtube on Macbook - Loses color
-
I use an HDMI cable to push video to my monitor from my Macbook Pro and Vivaldi works great except that it doesn't with Youtube at full screen. When a video is at full screen, the colors wash out and the video has a green tint. It doesn't happen with Safari but with this latest build of Vivaldi, it does. Now I use an HDMI cable from my Macbook to my monitor there is something to that. Again, it doesn't happen with Firefox but this browser, it does. Any help here?

@jazhawk Apple has a support guide to help resolve issues with external monitors: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201177
However, I'm still at a loss as to why Safari and Firefox would work fine but Vivaldi does not, although it would be helpful to find out if you run into the same problems playing fullscreen YouTube videos on your external display with Chrome or Chromium.
I'll do some more research on this.

Thanks for the reply. I don't use anything special for Youtube. Just the browser.

@Gwen-Dragon I had much the same issue that happened after I updated the driver on my new HP laptops AMD Radeon GPU. Though it was not during full-screen, rather the video would be green until I put the mouse on top of the video. Switching over to RGB did not fix the issue, however, instead I switched over to scRGB Linear and it appeared to have fixed the issue. Such a quick fix. Thanks!
