Snapshot 2.0.1295.3 it does not remember websites' Flash settings

With the latest version of Snapshot (2.0.1295.3) it does not remember websites' Flash settings. This version made me update to the latest version of flash because it said the previous flash version was out of date, which is now version 30.0.0.154. When I set a webpage to allow flash and then restart the browser, it does not remember the flash setting. I must re-allow the setting every time I launch the browser. Previous versions of Snapshot don't have this issue even with this latest version of flash.

Also another strange behavior with 2.0.1295.3 is when I have a global setting of Flash set to "Ask First", I continually get dialog boxes asking to allow flash. But on previous snap versions, when "Ask First"was set, I would NEVER get dialog boxes asking to enable Flash. So to stop all of these dialog boxes from appearing, I must select to Block Flash.

Regardless, if I set the global Flash setting to Ask First, or Block, it will not remember each sites' Flash settings. On restart, this list under Allow is totally cleared: vivaldi://settings/content/flash

Does anyone else have this issue with Snapshot 2.0.1295.3? I reported the bug already. Thanks.

Chromium 69 is the reason why websites don't remember Flash settings due to disappearing support for Flash:

A workaround for this problem would be to use group policies to allow flash on certain sites. This directive to look for is called "PluginsAllowedForUrls" which is documented here: https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#PluginsAllowedForUrls

For Vivaldi the path in the registry would be HKLM\Software\Policies\Vivaldi\

You can copy the following code to an empty document, replace the examples with your required urls, save file with .reg extension and double-click to import it to your registry. (Additional urls can be added as well, just number them accordingly.)

As much as I dislike Flash myself, I still find it a questionable decision to patronize the users, especially when Flash support in Chromium will be dropped completely in mid 2020 according to Google's plans. I hope that maybe Vivaldi will keep Flash support as an option even beyond that date...
