Outlook.com Issues

I am running version 1.15. For the past week, none of the links on my Outlook.com inbox respond when clicked. I can't read any e-mails, navigate to a different mailbox, or click anything on the options menu. I tried selecting "always allow" for Flash on the Vivaldi site settings, but that hasn't helped.

Try holding the shift key and clicking on the reload the page button.
Outlook does not use Flash Player.
