Vivaldi.net and MS Edge

Does not seem to be a great combination.
I am trying it out as FF is pretty much useless on my computer.

After six weeks their support "Team" have not been able to help so it has been uninstalled and IE is a four-letter word here.

Anyway, I digress... If I try to post, it gets confused at Markdown and asks if I really want to discard. Hell No!!!

Not being a web developer I also don't know why everything seems to be in a Maximized window(?) all the time.
Perhaps I am just not used to the new browser on the block.
I had to use it to get here as V was frozen on me and I needed to get to my mail. At least that worked properly.

Will know better next time. Back to Vivaldi

@greybeard You're more likely confused by the Vivaldi.net forum. The big red plus sign at bottom right is not the submit button.

If you zoom in too far, the green Submit button next to the Discard button disappears to be replaced by a green cross for Discard and a green forward caret for submit.

@pesala I must have been zoomed in way to far... All I could see was the post and the 'Compose' button. So I guess all could see was the Composition entry box.
Edge was maximized and zoom set at 100% (?) I think...

@greybeard If your screen is too narrow, the composition box may be all that shows.

@ayespy Laptop, 15 1/2" screen... Perhaps but I don't think it should be the issue. If it were 10" or 11" I could see it.
