(Paypal bug) It won't run on Vivaldi after June 30 -> a fix is on the way

To meet the new PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) required by all websites that hold payment data, PayPal will no longer support Vivaldi after June 30.
Do you mean Vivaldi Shop site cant be payed with Paypal or the Vivaldi browser cant be used on Paypal sites?
