Elements not clickable / editable (Google recaptcha checkbox for example).

I noticed now a couple of times that Google Recaptcha Checkboxes are not clickable when using the Vivaldi Browser.
Another place where i often have issues is Atlassian Jira.
The Comment Textarea is not editable. And the timer (I think that is a plugin for jira) is not possible to start.I always have to switch to the Chrome Browser to use these websites.
I have a suspicion: Maybe the issue is with Iframes created by javascripts?
Would need some more research i guess.I am using Windows 10 64bit
Vivaldi 1.16.1183.3 (but definetly also older versions so far) -
It should not be an extension since i use basicly the same extensions in chrome and vivaldy, just a couple less in vivaldy because of small incompatibilities.
I just disabled strict site isolation since Chrome has it disabled too, but it did not change anything.
btw. is one of the cases this page.
https://support.royalapplications.com/support/discussions/topics/newWhere its impossible to click the recaptcha.

I have this exact problem too. Certain site elements are unresponsive.
How to reproduce:
- Visit any website with a YouTube video embed, and attempt to interact with it.
- Visit any website with a Google reCAPTCHA, and attempt to interact with it.
- Visit a Blogspot page that displays a content warning (for example: https://towerkc.blogspot.com/), and attempt to interact with any part of the page.
When you click or type on them, you expect it to respond in some way, but instead, nothing happens. It's as if you didn't click/type.
I've had this issue for several browser versions, incl. the current one. The bug persists even without any installed extensions or stored "private data".
