Is VB-79214 Cannot drag tabs between/out of private windows still open? If it isn't, could it be reopened?

Now that the window panel can display more than one window, it is completely possible to move private window tabs between all open private windows using the panel.

But more importantly: even before this, it has always been possible to transfer a tab from one private window to another private window using the context menu item "move tab->window with X active tabs" since that context menu item was introduced.

It is thus confoundedly inconsistent that it would not be possible to move tabs from one private window to another private window using drag and drop while it is completely possible with the context menu and the window panel.
