Cannot load M3U8: Crossdomain access denied.

I was able to fix this on Chrome, but I cannot find the right place to fix this on Vivaldi. To fix on Chrome it is: Settings -> Advanced -> Content Settings -> Flash -> Allow (input website). I cannot figure out where to make this change on Vivaldi so that I do not have to go back to Chrome to watch www.projectalpha.com, which is a subscription site. Does anyone know what the equivalent steps are in Vivaldi?
