DailyMotion stops working/loading

After updating to the latest stable version, I have a strange problem, every time I visit Dailymotion the web page just stop working and I can't even scroll or do anything within the page. The browser, however, is still working but I can't watch videos from Dailymotion on Vivaldi for now. Does anybody know some way to fix this?
I'm using Vivaldi 1.15.1147.36 stable 32 on Windows 7 x32
(the page freezes up exactly like this every time)

I can exclude win7 codec issues (at least on 64bit) as a culpritalso did I test with and without strict-site isolation with no negative effect.Works fine so far for me - viv 1.15.1147.32 (32bit) win7(64bit)

well, after installing a new codec pack and turning all flags to default, Dailymotion works again, thanks a lot guys
p/s: I think this has nothing to with ad filter extension in this case because ublock origin whether it's on or off makes no different
