Huge cache folder (>5gb), in 2 locations, in 1 week
-
Hello,
I've recently installed vivaldi (less than one week), and I'm really surprised by the huge cache folders that this browser creates on my computer.
Folder 1:
C:\Users***\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default\Cache
2.59gbFolder 2:
C:\Users***\AppData\Local\Packages\44576milosp.OneCommander_p0rg76fmnrgsm\LocalCache\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default\Cache
2.51gbDoes anyone have any ideas why, first 1 have two locations for the cache ? (And what is this weird folder "44576milosp.OneCommander_p0rg76fmnrgsm"). The, why is it that huge ?
Thanks for any hints.

You can use program ChromeCacheView to check what's inside vivaldi cache (1'st folder). Second cache is from another program, maybe it's duplicating cache from vivaldi?

Indeed, one of the folder is due to OneCommander. I don't understand why onecommander would create a cache for vivaldi
I used ChromeCacheView, and I see lot of jiberish, can't find any suspicious culprit. Is there anyway to prevent vivaldi to accumulate too much cache ?
Update:
Actually, I can't even empty this cache with the vivldi>tools>clear all private data>all time.
This option has absolutely no effect on the cache folder.Am I missing something ?
