Twitter Widget Log Helper keeps popping up

I have an annoying problem with "https://platform.twitter.com/jot.html" Twitter Widget Log Helper popping up constantly. Disabling extensions ( Pinboard Tools, after pop ups started appearing I also installed Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin ) doesn't do anything. Pop-ups from platform.twitter.com are blocked in uBlock with no help. Flushing cache, cookies etc. helps for a while but problem keeps coming back.

So, does anyone have solution for the problem? Is there any tools to trace what triggers pop-up? It has appeared five times during writing this message... six now
