Compatibility issue with XDM download manager

I am using using XDM download manager v 7.1.2 with runtime 1.8.0_151 on Windows 10 v1703 build 15063(64 Bit) which is officially downloaded which is officially downloaded from http://xdman.sourceforge.net/
Now my problem is when I select any file for download, then XDM download manager can't automatically capture download link, but I am not facing this problem with other Chromium based browsers such as Opera, Google Chrome etc. Many times these types of cases comes because of outdated versions, but installed Vivaldi browser(version details written below) and XDM download manager, XDM provides compatibility support on Vivaldi browser, and yes! XDM browser monitor addon(downloaded from chrome web store) is still enabled, so I disabled, removed and restarted Vivaldi browser, then again installed XDM browser monitor addon and again restarted, but problem is still present. Vivaldi browser version details:
