[Web panels] Can't download files in Telegram

Telegram doesn't work properly as web panel. It won't let me see or download any type of files.
Show desktop version doesn't change anything.

By this do you mean it doesn't show the "save as" popup when you download something? I think thatch a bug with all web panels, and I reported it as VB-35822.

What I mean is that clicking on "download" whenever I receive a file, doesn't do anything. All other web panels work fine in this sense.
