Prompted to view all saved passwords when I have the save passwords option disabled

I get this prompt:

on several forms/login pages
I do not have save passwords to browser etc. option activated
My passwords are managed by Dashlane
When I click this prompt it takes me to this page:

Please help, it's quite annoying.
