React Developer Tools?

Do we know why the React Developer Tools extension quit working in Vivaldi and do we know if it will return to active service any time soon?
I pulled down the latest snap shot this morning to see if it worked in that version. Sadly it does not.
I am only asking because I really prefer Vivaldi, and we do React development at work. Without going into detail, suffice to say some of us only have permissions to install extensions on Opera and Vivaldi. For now I am back on Opera as my default browser along with two other coworkers.
