Mouse Cursor (Hand)

Good morning all,
Is there an option that I am missing or a possible mod that would change the mouse cursor to a hand when hovering over links in the Bookmarks Panel ? Chrome, Firefox, etc. all do this. In Vivaldi, the cursor does not change over the panel; however, it does turn to a hand when hovering over links on a page. -

Thank you for the reply. I wasn't aware they were labels (still new to switching over). It's something very easy for me to adjust to. Almost didn't post about it, ended up being more curious if there was a setting. -
Can't this be used for labels?
It does some changes, but probably requires more selectors for tuning up (I'm code n00b)
.title, label {cursor: pointer;}(actually I don't know if it's a bad idea) -
