Downloads from MEGA can't complete

Whenever I try to download anything from MEGA, it gets stuck somewhere between 0% and 100% and never resumes. It happens only in Vivaldi; the same downloads have no problems in Firefox for example. I have already cleaned cookies and the problem is still there. Any suggestions?

Vivaldi version
Windows version
and a link to a file.

mega.nz is the new megaupload, and it requires you to use their extension.

if you don't want to use the extension, jdownloader is the better solution. -
