The work for 1.13 starts now – Vivaldi Browser Snapshot 1.13.966.3

There's two not-quite-minor issues related to tab-switching I've noticed since at least 1.11.
-
The shortcut "Ctrl+Tab" is hardwired to "Next Tab"; I've seen the same behavior in both Win and MacOS versions: Ctrl+Tab does not appear mapped to any shortcut in the settings, but if you try to assign it to anything, it reports it is already being used.
-
Closing tabs does not activate most-recently used tabs correctly. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is here. Maybe it is actually an issue with storing the tabs that have been active or perhaps it is related to the "activate related tabs first" (which I have disabled) but closing a tab appears to activate a semi-random tab instead of the one I was viewing previous to the closed one.

@g_bartsch: Nonetheless, I find Opera Neon more user-friendly than Firefox / Chrome.

What Linux? My own 1 & 2 [both in NumPad, & in numbers row above QWERTY] still work fine for "respectively "Previous tab (tab bar order)" and "Next tab (tab bar order)" ". So, it's not a generic Linux-V regression... & might not even be a regression on your pc either... what happens if you temporarily test in a clean profile? In the past there were odd times when i also lost this functionality, but nobody else was reporting it, & i eventually found that it went away once i refreshed my profile.

What linux? kubuntu 16.04 and KDE Neon (on two different computers). I am going to check using a clean profile.

@mossman exactly the 10 to 15 minutes are the reason why I remove the cache: A gazillion of files and many hundred MB less to move

Still doesn't seem to work on EL7: Error: Package: vivaldi-snapshot-1.13.966.3-1.x86_64 (vivaldi-snapshot)
Requires: libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.18)(64bit) -
Mouse gesture to open link in new tab open it outside of tab stack, even with setting for open them in a stack.

There is some problem with font rendering (again and still), especially with special characters. Look at the top menu font and polish signs: http://psychup.ayz.pl
It works fine in Chrome/Opera/Firefox. Reported as VB-33175.

@gwen-dragon: So maybe it's fixed now? I've checked different PC with Vivaldi (public 1.13) and the problem still occurs (Windows 10 x64).
