uBlock origin extension does not update

It seems that uBlock origin doesn't update on my two Macs. Both run Vivaldi 1.11.894.3.
I've tried to force update using developer mode but to no avail.

I don't have an explanation about how update throttling works exactly. In my case, uB0 updated fine for me in Vivaldi but would not update in Google Chrome. I tried forcing the update just like you did using the "Update extensions now" button to no avail. When I tried again in the morning, it worked.
The other option is to delete the extension, then reinstall.
