Is it possible to off all sound?
Like FireFox Muter: https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/muter/

You don't need an addon for this in vivaldi just press "F2" to summon the quick comand menu and type mute there you'll get every option you want including "Mute All"

If this solution is too much work for you just assign a keyboard shortcut at: Settings --> Keayboard --> section "Tabs" --> assign a shortcut for "Mute All Tabs"
Or make it a mouse gesture in Settings --> Mouse --> create new gesture

Mute All in Hot keys is good but all that need.
i need full mute so:

1. all new created tab will bw mute too
2. After close vivaldi mute-switch will saved and after open vivaldi sound will be in saved switch condition

Also the keyboard shortcut only seems to work until I switch tabs and the new tab then plays with sound.

@kuzduk I really don't understand where's the problem. There's a shortcut called muted all if you wanna mute Vivaldi but leave the volume for others applications. Otherwise, if you wanna mute the system audio speakers then @Pesala say it right. If moving the mouse on the bottom-right to disable audio it's too much effort, then I suggest you this small software. Simple, very light, customizable shortcuts & skins (noob proof).

FireFox's Muter is the best. Why it absent in Vivaldi? Add in hot keys item "Sound off/on" - it will be cool!

@kuzduk Well, in this case you only wants a button to click instead of short-cut. Then, make a request in the proprer thread. Something like this, I guess...
