Esc key doesn't work to exit fullscreen on twitch

Hey guys, I have a problem that my esc doesn't exit fullscreen when I am watching streams on twitch.tv.
I think it started with vesion 1.9 and I hoped it will be fixed in 1.10 but it isnt. Is this a known problem or is it only on my end?

Vivaldi latest snapshot

Is this already reported to Twitch or Vivaldi?
