BUG: Web Panel for FB Messenger doesn't send message on pressing Enter key
-
Please direct me to where I should submit a bug report if this isn't the correct place.
ISSUE: When using Facebook Messenger in a Web Panel, you cannot send a message by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. You must use the mouse and click send.
STEPS TO REPRO:
- Create a Web Panel with the address for Facebook Messenger: https://www.facebook.com/messages
- Click into any conversation you have going and type a message to your friend.
- Click the Enter button on your keyboard.
RESULTS: A new line is created rather than sending the message.
EXPECTED: The message sends just like it would if I were at the page in the normal browser window.
NOTES: No combination of striking the Enter key will send the message, Ctrl-Enter, Alt-Enter, Shift-Enter, Ctrl-Alt-Enter, Ctrl-Shift-Enter, or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Enter. Note that Shift-Enter does create a new line, while the other combinations do nothing. When you have the FB messenger interface loaded in the normal browser window, Alt-Enter, Shift-Enter & Ctrl-Enter all create a new line.
UPDATED NOTE: I sent an image through the Web Panel, and it said "sent from mobile". So Facebook thinks that I'm logging in with a mobile device when using it via the Web Panel.

This is correct, ALL pages loaded in the panel use the mobile version (by default).
You can change this by right-clicking on webpanel icon and selecting "Use Desktop Version". -
