Adnauseum for Vivaldi Browser?

Brand new to Vivaldi, so please excuse if I missed something basic.
Is there an "AdNauseam" style extension for Vivaldi?
Their site is AdNauseum.io

It is an extension that clicks on all ads.

Did you already tried the guide the nauseam developers put on their site?
The manual guide seems possible so far (I am at work atm so I won't try it)
