Thin vertical line showing page reading progress

Hi Guys.!
I had been thinking about an improvement for page reading.
Like unread tab indicator, it'll be useful have a vertical indicator for page reading which help us to know if we have reached the end of the page.
This is important when we are reading a howto, a foro thread and so on.
And in addition the vertical line could be same dynamical tab color and toggleable through settings.
I'm sure you can improve this idea and make it real.
