OneNote Web Clipper no longer working in 1.9

The OneNote Web Clipper does not show the UI in the latest snapshot. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I am unable to get the OneNote clip UI to show.
Known issue or do others have this too?

It doesn't work for me, either. It still works in Chrome.

Evernote Web clipper too (I use both ON and EN). The two extensions work on Opera Dev (Chromium 59).

Went back to latest 1.8 snapshot and all works fine.

I love the OneNote Clipper extension! It is not working in Vivaldi 1.9. Uninstalled / re-installed. Still not working.
OneNote works in Chrome 58 (64-bit). Also works fine in Firefox 52.
I have high confidence in the Vivaldi team to resolve this soon! -
As I said, OneNote AND Evernote Web clipper no longer work : there is no menu when we click on the extension. Three snaspshots with this issue and as I said too, both work on Opera with Chromium 58 and 59. (Opera beta or dev)
