How to take out the vertical bar that appears between the left border of a webpage and the left border of a youtube video?
-
In other browsers the youtube videos are larger in screen and they are placed to be aligned right next to the left border of the webpage without a vertical bar in between. How would be possible to place a video just like they appear in other browsers.

Settings/Panel/Show Panel toggle? that one?

My question is about the vertical column which is between the panel and, the video to the right of the panel.You can get an idea by taking a comparison view between how YouTube appears in Chrome and, Vivaldi.

I don't know if there are better ones but I'm ok with YouTube Center Developer Build

@dLeon By "user agent" Do you mean the browser?. Changing browsers help there is no padding in Chrome or in Firefox as much as in Vivaldi. How can padding be solved with userstyle?. I am not aware of how userstyle can be manipulated, Can you please explain?

All the browsers I looked at It's just a matter of zoom.
Possibly your using different zoom levels in other browsers???100%
120%

The video in Chrome is bigger at zoomed to 100% than when in Vivaldi the youtube page zoomed to 120% . The list of videos to the right are smaller in Chrome than in Vivaldi

@Varuna
Chrome and vivaldi look the same for me at Zoom 100%.
Linux, screen res:1680X1080.
Chrome 100%
I get some quirkiness in vivaldi at 130% where it looks smaller than 120%.
You can test smaller zoom increments by using the zoom control in the status bar.
Click on "%100" then set your zoom and hit Enter.

@CantankRus In Windows 10 Youtube doesn't look the same in Vivaldi and Chrome at 100% zoom . To make the youtube page look the same as in Chrome the youtube page in Vivaldi has to be zoomed to 120%, yet the video is smaller.The page gets a similar look but the video doesn't have the same size.
